  We know that each of you has different requirements for your property so, with that in mind, we have put together a comprehensive range of services that you can choose from to make up the package that suits you best. Our service is focused on providing an individual high quality care for you and your apartment. We would be happy to discuss your needs and answer all your questions.

Services included:


• Fortnightly security checks, email reports to the ‘Owner’. Checks to  


o Window glazing and frames

o Leaks and ingress/egress of any water

o Electricity and heating equipment, including the boiler (‘Owner’ is  

       responsible for the cost or for the supply)

o Water – including flushing toilets and running all taps

o Maintenance requirements and any damage to property or fixtures and  


o Ventilation of property


• Acting as key holder (2 copies of apartment keys to be supplied and held by ‘Agent’)

• Payment of all utility bills on behalf of the ‘Owner’, including the expenses for power  

      and water supply, cable TV, Internet etc. Actual bill charges are additional

• Assistance with registration of the property as a rental interest (POA*  


• Option to direct us to set your heating system to provide background  

       heating should the temperature fall below a certain level when the  

       apartment is left unoccupied

• Organisation and full assistance in the payment of the annual local tax  

       and waste collection fee for the property (POA required)

• E-mailing reports and notification of any irregularities and updates on
